Appointments for an ADHD assessment are available now
1) Patient Registration & Eligibility Questions: Your first step in the ADHD assessment process is to complete the eligibility questions. If you meet the criteria, you will receive the patient guide, terms & conditions, and the invoice necessary for your assessment.
2) Pre-Assessment Information: Fill out various questionnaires regarding your symptoms, and ensure your 'Informer' completes their questionnaires as well. Your 'Informer' could be a parent, partner, or someone else who can share insights about your symptoms from childhood and adulthood.
3) Clinical Interview/Assessment: You will have a video appointment with Rachel, which will last approximately 2 hours. During this clinical interview, you will discuss your experiences and may undergo additional screening tools to identify any possible conditions that could be present.
4) Reporting: After your assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the ADHD diagnosis if applicable. This report includes recommendations for further referrals and potential treatments to help manage your symptoms. It will be sent to your GP, as required for the assessment, and can serve as evidence for any applications for assistance in education or employment.
