Rachel has been a mental health nurse for over 20 years, working with patients from the age of 12 in a wide range of settings. She specializes in behavior management, ADHD, ASD, trauma-informed working, and mental wellness. Alongside her role as a mental health nurse, she has also been a counselor, coach, and nutritionist, incorporating complementary medical disciplines since the late 1990s.
Since 2006, Rachel has successfully run a coaching and therapy service both in-person and remotely, helping people achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and implement new approaches for significant and positive change.
GC Therapies combines her clinical acumen and vast experience with a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals and living their best lives.
